I've been playing for a month now, with 2 first weeks as trial. Being posting here and there all along that time, asking several times for my avatar. Still no avatar.... I'm unhappy

is there a way to see if someone is damaged beside locking him? Yesterday, I locked a guy who was killing rats in the same aera as me, to see if the rats damaged him. He immediatly opened fire on me.... The sad part is we were fighting at a gate.....
